Founder Irvin Goodon, an avid nature enthusiast, wanted to bring his love of nature to others by weaving a wildlife theme through the motel. Close to the attractions and activities of the Turtle Mountain Provincial Park and International Peace Garden, choose from one or more of the many activities in southwestern Manitoba.
All rooms include new flat screen TVs with digital cable, free high speed wireless Internet, continental breakfast, outside BBQ area and more. The continental breakfast offers hungry travelers a wide choice of options including hot waffles, fruit salad and much more. See the room descriptions for Deloraine or Boissevain for what’s included in each room and visit the photo gallery.
Ten new King Suites were added in the expansion in Boissevain’s inn as well as a brand new on-site public laundromat with easy access for guests and the traveling public.
The Boissevain Inn also features the largest antler chandelier in Canada built by founder Irvin Goodon. The numerous antler chandeliers inside the motel are also available for purchase.
The Canadian Wilderness Inn is the only post frame motel built in Canada. It is a member of Canada Select Accommodation Rating Program with a 3.5 star rating.
